By accessing this website or purchasing from The Hair Boss, LLC, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. 2. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or legal action arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products from The Hair Boss, LLC shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Louisiana. 3. PRODUCTS & NATURAL VARIATION DISCLOSURE The Hair Boss, LLC sells 100% raw Indian human hair. Due to the natural nature of raw hair, variations may occur in: • Color • Texture pattern • Density • Wave or curl formation These variations are normal, expected, and not considered defects. Such variations do not qualify for refunds, returns, or exchanges under Louisiana law. Hair may arrive in its natural state and may require washing, conditioning, or styling upon receipt. 4. LENGTH CHART DISCLAIMER Hair lengths are measured while the hair is pulled straight from the crown to the ends. Wavy, deep wave, and curly textures may appear shorter due to natural curl or wave patterns. Minor length variations are normal and not grounds for dispute, refund, or exchange. Length charts and product images are provided as visual references only. 5. SALES POLICY – ALL SALES FINAL Due to the hygienic and personal-use nature of hair products: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The Hair Boss, LLC does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed or processed. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that: • They have reviewed all product descriptions • They understand the nature of raw hair products • They accept the final sale policy This policy complies with Louisiana consumer law when clearly disclosed prior to purchase. 6. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once an order has shipped: • The Hair Boss, LLC is not responsible for carrier delays • The Hair Boss, LLC is not liable for lost or stolen packages • Customers must file shipping claims directly with the carrier when applicable Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders lost due to incorrect addresses are not eligible for replacement or refund. 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by Louisiana law, The Hair Boss, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to: • Improper installation • Chemical processing • Excessive heat damage • Failure to follow hair care instructions All responsibility for product use transfers to the customer upon delivery. 8. STRIPE & WIX PAYMENTS DISPUTE PROTECTION By completing a purchase with The Hair Boss, LLC, the customer expressly agrees that: • The product description accurately represents the item purchased • Natural variations do not constitute “not as described” claims • Length charts and images are reference tools, not guarantees Any chargeback disputes initiated without first contacting The Hair Boss, LLC may be contested using: • These Terms & Conditions • Proof of delivery • Product descriptions and disclaimers 9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All website content, including images, graphics, text, logos, and marketing materials, is the exclusive property of The Hair Boss, LLC and is protected under Louisiana and federal copyright laws. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks By completing a purchase with The Hair Boss, LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees that all transactions are subject to verification and fraud prevention measures. In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, The Hair Boss, LLC may submit the following evidence to the payment processor, card network, or financial institution, as applicable: • Confirmation of customer acceptance of the Terms & Conditions at checkout • Transaction date and time stamps • IP address and device data associated with the purchase • Billing and shipping address verification • Order details and product descriptions • Proof of shipment and delivery confirmation from the carrier • Communication records related to the order, when applicable Fraudulent or unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed by The Hair Boss, LLC using all available evidence and remedies permitted by law. Customers engaging in such activity may be permanently restricted from future purchases. This agreement is binding at checkout.
